Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of The Occasion House digital event-planning service. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and any mandatory rights that apply in your country or region.
1. Occasion Passes
Occasion Passes are one-time purchases that provide planning-workspace access for one selected occasion for the purchased access period. Except where required by applicable law or otherwise approved through the applicable payment process, Occasion Pass purchases are non-refundable.
2. Cancelled or postponed events
If your event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, rescheduled or otherwise does not take place, this does not by itself entitle you to a refund of an Occasion Pass. You may continue to use the purchased access for that occasion for the remainder of its access period.
3. Planner Pro
Planner Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel future renewals through the available billing controls. Cancellation does not ordinarily refund a billing period that has already begun, except where required by law or where a refund is otherwise approved. Access continues according to the applicable paid period and cancellation terms.
4. Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, charged an incorrect amount, or charged after a valid cancellation, please contact buyer support promptly so the transaction can be investigated.
5. Product problems
If the Service is materially not as described, unavailable due to a qualifying fault, or you otherwise believe you have a legal right to a remedy, contact support with details of the issue. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this Policy.
6. Paddle and refund requests
When Paddle is used to process an order, Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment-related customer service and returns. Refund requests may be reviewed and processed through Paddle in accordance with Paddle's applicable buyer terms, refund procedures and mandatory consumer law. The Occasion House will not ask you to send a refund payment or card details directly to us.
7. Effect of a refund
If a full refund is approved for a purchase, paid access associated with that purchase may be revoked. For an Occasion Pass, the planning workspace may return to a locked state. For Planner Pro, subscription access may end in accordance with the refund or cancellation decision. Data and document availability remain subject to The Occasion House's Terms, Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or replaces rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where applicable consumer law grants stronger withdrawal, cancellation, refund or remedy rights, those rights apply.
9. How to request help
